Very clean. Very good location. Good morning meal

The location was perfect and comfortable and the private parking was on site. Warm and extensive breakfast and other services were very good.

The breakfast bar was VERY clean and well set up with lots of variety. The staff person was very nice and always pleasant with a morning greeting. Appeared to take her responsibilities seriously. She is an asset to your facility. Room fresh and clean daily.

Slamming doors late at night. Evening desk clerk borderline rude.

Breakfast was great by US standards. Everything sufficiently available. Quiet location, pool in order. Staff very helpful! Room very clean! I'd book again.

The breakfast included in the price was really good, with fresh fruits etc. But the hotel was cheap in August and is well located.

Despite rooms on the ground floor no small terrace. Very small pool.

Pool clean fresh, not too warm. Better is great.

It's very dark in there. Dining room cooled down too much.

I was thrilled by my stay! The complimentary breakfast was not just filling but featured unique waffles, made mornings so much brighter! Plus, the location was merely minutes from the beautiful beach, so we could soak up the sun without a hassle.

We asked on check in to pay with a different credit card than the one we booked, even though we were said it was fine, we were charged on original card and had to reverse payment and us the other card.

Well-appointed rooms with a refrigerator and comfy beds and a balcony and extraordinary breakfast. Extremely helpful and very efficient staff of the hotel. Location very close to beaches as well as the Hampton Inn Juno Beach.

The front desk insisted that since I booked with a third party, I could not have, or even see my room charge. How can they refuse to give you a copy of the bill.

Dining nearby was a feast for the senses! Juno Beach Cafe's bakery treats hit the spot and the vibe at Thirsty Turtle Sea Grill was just right for a chill evening. Plus, the staff at the Hampton Inn were super friendly!

Had a rough start with noise from the hallway doors slamming in the mornings, and my request for a quieter room didn't pan out as hoped.

The property was clean and the staff was polite and friendly. Our room wasn't ready on time so another was assigned quickly.

We were surprised there was no refrigerator in the room. Had we stayed longer we would have needed one for medications.
